I don't think v23. 1 crashes 1. 59 but introduced map errors have been pruned and whatever small cumulative tweaks made to the map and settings since then are now public. Running v23. 1 with Illinois enabled probably results in broken sectors near St. Louis too, as those have been edited and in v23. 1 are in the same state as they were when Missouri released.
