(Victory Outfit and The Creature's Rags' hood will clip with Jacob's hair when you first load the outfit, just crouch and uncrouch and it will be fixed)

Installation:
1. Get Anvil Tool Kit
2. Unpack DataPC_14_dlc.forge in dlc_14 folder
3. Place my file into the extracted DataPC_14_dlc.forge folder, overwrite
4. Repack DataPC_14_dlc.forge
