This is a mod to keep the hood up on all the outfits.just Press sneak key and it will be up permanently..this doesn't include cutscenes though but works flawlessly in the free roam.i'm currently working on this to find a solution..
Installation -
1.copy the file to the game directory and replace and you are done.
This Works for both evie and jacob.
