First Download the Outfit Mod Ac Victory Outfit
Install it then download AnvilToolkit then unpack "dlc 14.forge" file and then Paste my Mod files of SPECIFIC texture that you want to use inside the unpacked file. After that repack the unpacked dlc 14.forge folder from "extracted" in your game directory.
