Old Kassandra

Using the texture of her present day self, I have put these over the Kassandra model that is used by the player, and it makes her look old.

As far as I know, all old people in the game, used young people bodies, and only had their face changed, as their torso was not meant to be seen without clothes.

I may have to use a different game's old person textures to make her body match, but for now, just have to have face only.

In order to use, you need to use Resorep.

Here is a video tutorial on how to set up Resorep, but it is for Arkham Knight, but the steps are identical except, you need to add the "ACOdyssey.exe" file.
