Odyssey Guaranteed Assasination

The installation guide was updated on May 5, 2026, as some users found it confusing. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

How to Install the Guaranteed Assassination Mod for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

1. Download Swiss File Knife (sfk)

Download it from SourceForge (search “Swiss File Knife”) or use download link: https://sourceforge.net/projects/swissfileknife/

You will get a file named: sfk200.exe

Rename it to: sfk.exe (this step is REQUIRED for the mod to work.

2. Download the Mod

Download the “Guaranteed Assassination” mod archive.

Extract the archive.

Inside the extracted folder, you will find:

ACOdyssey1. 5. 6UbisoftSteam_GuaranteedAssassination_Patcher.bat

No renaming is needed here.

3. Move Files to Game Folder

Move these two files:

ACOdyssey1. 5. 6UbisoftSteam_GuaranteedAssassination_Patcher.bat

Into your Assassin’s Creed Odyssey installation folder.

Default paths:

Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Ubisoft Connect: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Assassin's Creed Odyssey

4. Run the Patcher

Double-click the file ACOdyssey1. 5. 6UbisoftSteam_GuaranteedAssassination_Patcher.bat (this is the .bat file you downloaded with the mod).

A command window will open.

Press 1 and hit Enter.

Wait for it to finish.

After completion, a new file will appear: ACOdyssey_Patched.exe

5. Backup and Replace

Rename original file:

ACOdyssey.exe → ACOdyssey_backup.exe

Rename patched files

ACOdyssey_Patched.exe → ACOdyssey.exe

6. Launch the Game

Start the game through Steam or Ubisoft Connect as usual.

The mod should now be active.

Important Notes:

  []Always keep the backup file in case you want to revert.[/]

  []Antivirus programs may flag the patcher or modified executable, so only use trusted sources.[/]
