No floating HUD icons

The mod disables most of the floating HUD icons, the arrow trails, parry prompt circle, and short weapon trails. However, I didn't found how to disable the distances text, the quest accomplished icon, and the polearm trail fx. The side effect of the mod is that the icons are not visible in the map anymore (you will need to read the quest's descriptions more carefully).

If you want some icons back, simply delete the corresponding texture (see "list of icons.jpg").

- Town of Sami (Kephallonia)

- Leader house of Khytera island

If this happens, simply remove the texture.

Requires Resorep to work.
