How This Save Was Made Built manually for true perfection.
Before creating this save, I searched everywhere for a so-called “complete” file — but all of them were missing Helix Store items, engravings, cosmetics, or upgrades.
I took the most complete base save available, extracted missing hex values, added all items via inventory editing, and manually unlocked:

Step 3: Convert the save using ACSaveTool:
