Chases Overhauled

Overhauls various aspects about the player's speed, NPC's speed and the behavior of civilians.

-Basim's faster and has far more acceleration.

-The enemies are also faster and can out pace Basim on foot.

-Basim can vault manually over enemies and roll from them to escape. To vault press dodge while sprinting near an enemy, press dodge again while vaulting to roll away from them.

-Archers will be more accurate and their arrows will set you on fire.

-Enemies' throwing knives will poison Basim.

-Basim can no longer push off civilians to make them an obstacle and encourage parkour instead just like the old games. One way to deal with them is by using a fear noisemakers to make them run out of your way.

-Basim will limp whenever he gets hit with projectiles.

-Basim's speed will be reduced significantly when he's limping.

-Basim can blend while sprinting and needs just two civilians to enter blend and can remain blended with just one.

-Civilians will react to fear noisemakers to open up possibilities for escapes while blended in complete stealth or to scare away witnesses before you do a crime.

1. 02 Changes:

-Fixed a bug that made Basim freeze when he tried to do a light attack while vaulting.

-Basim will no longer pull out his weapons while vaulting.

-Basim will limp for a longer time.

-Basim will be far slower when limping.

-Enemies' projectiles make Basim start limping.

-Archers' arrows are more accurate and set the player on fire.

-Enemies' knives poison the player.

-Fixed a bug that made enemies attack civilians.
