📋 About This Mod
v0.93 to v0.95, IRON TIDE has advanced from simply being able to "stably complete a full campaign" to ensuring that "support units, air power, artillery, and automated combat resolution are now fully integrated into campaign gameplay." Version 0.94 introduced the British 1st Armoured Division, persistent air inventory tracking, strategic air defense and tactical air loss recording, along with improvements to both Chinese and English interfaces and overall release stability. In v0.95, players can now assign direct support counters to either side in 10×10 campaigns, choosing between generating AB2 missions or opting for direct automated combat resolution. Automated results no longer rely on simplistic single-counter estimates; instead, they separately track losses among main combat and support units, changes in troop strength, and post-combat unit status. Meanwhile, v0.95 also addresses numerous campaign-level experience issues: low-strength units now return to FOBs for resupply; captured FOBs correctly become non-functional; equipment replacements are restored according to original establishment ratios; reconnaissance units now prioritize providing visibility over reckless assaults; previously engaged units are clearly marked; and various UI details—including the automated combat results window, red/blue faction identification, bilingual display handling, interaction with hidden units, and prevention of illegal drag operations—have all been fixed. Overall, v0.95 represents a player-focused stable release for 10×10 campaigns: support combat is clearer, automated resolutions more reliable, and AI behavior as well as supply logistics now better reflect the dynamics of an ongoing, sustained military campaign. ***There is a significant operational change: after generating an AB2 task and entering the AB2 mission, once you click "Start" to begin combat, you must immediately save a game file with no losses on either side as the baseline save. When interpreting battle result
