This mod replaces the grenade with a blue recolour, it has massively increased effectiveness and is likely to destroy every explosive barrel/door/table/gas canister in the room you are in, and all the other rooms adjacent to you. The grenade will also not kill you, you can throw it at your feet and you will survive.
