Generator Upgrade - 4x Fuel Capacity

First Mod. This is test of a mechanic for a mod I want to attempt, essentially taking A:TB's concept and expanding it in scale with a much larger map with a larger focus on backtracking, upgrades and getting stronger, essentially an attempt to liven up the A:TB formula with some Resident Evil style survival horror aspects. No promises on that of course, but i'll upload whatever major features I complete seperately as/if I develop them.
