removes the F-15C drop tanks in Mission7 Cutscene
because the drop tanks in this cutscene are being at inaccurate location, also because these drop tanks still being at there in mid-air if cutscene aircraft swap mod being used, this mod is made to remove the drop tanks, so that it's less annoying.
