INSTALLATION:
1. Go to your Ace Combat 7 installation folder.
( /Steam/steamapps/common/ACE COMBAT 7/Game )
2. Make a "~mods" folder in .../Game/Content/Paks/
3. Extract the .pak file in this zip file to the ~mods folder.
4. Done. Just run the game
