like the title said, i did this just because i want to make the drop tank in AC7 behaves closer to rl.
+V1. 0 : Initial Release
-Adjusting FreefallRotation so the drop tank will roll downward when releasing
-Adjusting dmg and radius so it would be slightly better than FAEB
-Replacing default UGB's drop SFX with the one from XSDB
