You need to move the folder from the archive to approximately the following path:
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\AbioticFactor\AbioticFactor\Content\Paks
I was able to make soups portable, but if you take them back into your inventory, they will appear as goulash. This is only an external drawback. If you put it back, it will be the same soup as before deconstruction.
