If your pets were above level 20 when you uninstalled the mod, they will be level 20. When you reinstall the mod, the pet levels will return to the previous value. For example, if your beetle was level 42, you uninstalled the mod, the beetle became level 20, and you reinstalled the mod, the beetle will be level 42.

If you want to install a mod to reduce the cooldown for pet hunger, it's better not to install the original mod, since the hunger cooldown affects the same file as pet levels.

Move the folder from the archive into the following path:

D:\Steam\steamapps\common\AbioticFactor\AbioticFactor\Content\Paks

I left the hunger cooldown for animals at 8 minutes. If you need a shorter cooldown, I can make one. The maximum level is now 100, and with each level, more and more experience/food will be required. Here's a table of levels and experience for the next level:

90 = 100000

91 = 105000

92 = 110000

93 = 115000

94 = 120000

95 = 125000

96 = 130000

97 = 135000

98 = 140000

99 = 150000
