POI Scourge

POI Scourge transforms the 7 Days to Die map into a living record of your survival conquests. This gameplay tool automatically tracks every Point of Interest you clear, ensuring you never waste time re-checking a building you’ve already scoured.

The core system is elegantly simple: eliminate every zombie in a location, and a permanent checkmark appears on your map at that spot. Each marker is color-coded by difficulty—white for Tier 1, green for Tier 2, blue for Tier 3, purple for Tier 4, and orange for Tier 5—giving you an instant, color-rich overview of your territory. A new Target Acquisition feature lets you optionally display uncleared POI markers, so you can spot remaining threats at a glance. You can also customize the hex colors and map symbols for every tier in the Settings.xml file, and use the on-map control panel to hide or show cleared and uncleared markers, keeping your cartography free of clutter.

When a location is fully cleared, a visual Victory Candle appears along with a chat confirmation that the area is "Scourged." If you’ve hunted down nearly every zombie but one is stuck in a wall, the built-in Anti-Frustration System steps in to help. For players who only want the map-marking function, a POI Scourge Lite version is available in the files section. Requires no additional libraries or dependencies.
