Noble's Katana transforms 7 Days to Die into a samurai’s playground, introducing a fully craftable and lootable arsenal of four distinct Japanese blades—the Katana, Nodachi, Wakizashi, and Tanto—each balanced to fit seamlessly into the vanilla progression. This is not a simple reskin; the mod features a complete Unity rework by Little Red Sonja, ensuring the new gear looks and feels polished in combat.

The core of the experience is the multi-part quest line, “Path of the Samurai,” which guides players toward unlocking each weapon. All XML has been rewritten to ensure quest kill requirements function correctly and progression feels rewarding. The blades are fully integrated into existing systems, influenced by the “Deep Cuts” and “Flurry of Agility” perks, and are unlocked via the Crafting Blades skill. You can find these weapons through crafting, looting, or as rare trader finds.

Be aware that the v3. 0 version is the current standard, with a separate build available for Alpha 21. 2. Installation requires EAC to be disabled and proper server/client setup for multiplayer. If you use the mods Quartz and Attribute-Skill-Perk Window Resize, be cautious: this mod alters the same progression system, so choose one method to avoid potential save conflicts. As always, back up your saves before switching mods.
