Medical Conditions transforms 7 Days to Die survival into a far more punishing and immersive experience by introducing roughly 50 unique negative ailments. From chronic ankle instability to nerve damage, every injury now carries lasting consequences that demand attention. Crucially, identical symptoms from different conditions do not stack, with only a few rare exceptions, ensuring that treatment remains strategic rather than overwhelming.

Vanilla food and medications gain renewed purpose as essential treatments, while a new vitamins system counters hypovitaminosis. Biome-specific conditions add regional threats, and certain Physician perks interact with ailments in intuitive ways. Conditions are hidden by default — to diagnose them, players must invest in the Physician perk (levels 1–3) or read enough Medical Journals (25, 50, or 75). Higher Perception reduces the journal requirement, and allies can be checked by standing nearby. The mod supports ENG, RUS, zh_CN, and DE, and is fully server-side friendly. It is also part of the larger Disrupted mod pack for those seeking a hardcore balance overhaul.
