📋 About This Mod
Allow setting the fpv arm fov with ingame Gears options. Vanilla default value is 45. It's not recommended to set it too high, otherwise you might see some nonhuman arm movements.
Note that it lerps to the original fov during aiming in order to retain correct pip scope scaling.
Since 1. 0. 1, you can set fov override for each weapon in a config file. Simply create a FovOverrides.txt file in the mod folder and follow this format:
Use console command rfov to reload the config file while in game. Current fov value will be updated immediately.
Since 1. 0. 4, you can set aim fov override in Gears and config file. In the config file, add another integer number to the item you want to set for the aim fov override. This is not necessary, and the default value takes over if the second number is not present.
For example:
