Removes the "complete the story to unlock" requirement for all TacSim missions and items in the intel shop, and makes TacSim available at the main menu right away. Does NOT unlock any DLC or paid items or anything like that, and don't ask

Installation instructions
Just drop zip contents in Runtime folder and play. packagedefinition.txt included for convenience, but not needed if you already have a patched packagedefinition. Make sure to click ENDORSE
