The Graphics Overhaul

Ever since Endangered Species, the game’s graphics have looked more dull compared to the original release. So why not bring that back?

I present to you.. The Graphics Overhaul! Its goal is to restore the vibrant look and feel of the base 2004 release, while also fixing a few issues along the way, such as missing sounds and unused cursors.

And get a great chance of mixing base game lighting with later expansion packs like Marine Mania and Extinct Animals! How cool is that?

Here is the list of the mod's content!

Update 2. 0:

- Replaced the main sky spheres with the OG ones! (Credits to Hendrix for making custom sky spheres possible!)

- Added unused tiger animations (there was an additional variant of roaring animation!)

- Added unused female educator sounds

- Added unused beta savannah rock texture as a variant

- Added unused beta zebra texture as a variant

- Added unused Rubber toy sounds

- Tweaked Lighting.

Update 1. 06:

- Fixed Temperate forest's clouds' shadows during morning.

The Graphics Overhaul 1. 0

Animals:

- Emperor Penguin's shading fixed!

- Tiger's playful roar, which has gone unused since Marine Mania, is now restored!

- Add New Icons for the mountain gorilla!

Staff:

- Zookeeper's unused sounds are restored! (Thanks to SerpyDerpy)

- Male Educator's unused sounds are restored as well! (Also thanks to SerpyDerpy)

- Trainer's marine icon fixed!

Objects:

- The paths' curbs are brightened.

- Added Specularity for the following:

- The Front Gate

- The Gift Shop

- The Dino Bunker Team

- The 20000 guests reward statue

- The Animal babies reward statue

- Blue Marlin's egg icon fixed!

Now to the main changes!

Graphics (World/Effects):

- Added the unused particle effect, sand puff, for placing stuff on desert terrain!

- Reverted the clouds to the base game's version!

- Changed the lighting of all biome maps to reflect the base game's lighting... Now we got back our favorite sunset!

- Pixelated the selection grid textures (the arrow that indicate entrance when placing a building/scenery, etc) and shadows.

If you want to get the authenticate feel of the 2004 base game, I recommend to play with water settings set to "medium" and shadow settings set to "high"

However, you can absolutely play with the highest settings!
