English Allows players to vote to restart the current round immediately (by forcing a stalemate). Requires basic admin flag (gAdminFlagBasicAdmin). Configure via data/adminsystem.json. English version: Usage: In console, type as_loadplugin "deliciouslunch7/restart_vote_english" to load the plugin. Chinese version: Usage: In console, type as_loadplugin "deliciouslunch7/restart_vote_schinese" to load the plugin.
