Simple Hud Overlay Fix.
Description
This fixes the lag from Overlays that endlessly stack when you get hit repeatedly very quickly. This mod was made with Tieba's "gml_GlobalScript_c_bullet_hit_player.gml" So I'm not sure if it'll work with Vanilla or Zarkov. I could've made one with the vanilla gml file, but I'm currently playing Tieba. Feel free to look at the code and yoink it or something.
