Higashi Files

Description

Full moveset that replaces Kiryu with Toru Higashi from Judgment, with custom moves, heat actions, effects and 2 custom boss fights and a few adjustments to the final boss.

Mod is primarily build around JE's version of Higashi.

Most moves are pretty straight foward, so it should be possible to find everything through gameplay and skill description, which have been altered. In any case, below are the main moveset changes and additions:

  • []Essence of Triangle Jump - Press △ while running towards 3 enemies while in Extreme Heat Mode;

    []Essence of Wall Smash - Press △ when not in fight stance in Extreme Heat Mode near an enemy close to a wall;

    []EX Mounting Punch - Press △ near a downed enemy while drunk;

    []EX Traffic Safety (Yakuza Version) - Press △ while holding an enemy in front of Kamurocho's POPO (The one near the batting center);

    []Essence of Grab Reversal - Press △ when an enemy is shaking himself off a grab;

  • []Essence of Loin Reaving - Replaces Komaki's Fist reversal. Press △ while being attack from behind;

    []Killer Kick Combo - Replaces Ultimate Essence, same conditions;

    []Essence of Might - Now is 2 knee strikes to the face followed by a kick;

    []Essence of Wall Crush - Back version replaced with JE one;

  • Extreme Heat Mode Heavy Charged Heat Actions - Standing version is now Akiyama's Alpha Drive, running uses Higashi's QTE from his first boss fight;

    Installation

    Download Shin Ryu Mod Manager, place the files alongside the game's executable and run the manager.

    Afterwards just extract the mod's files inside the newly created Mods

    Make sure file structure is correct. Path should look like so:

    ...\Yakuza Kiwami 2\mods\\...

    ...\Yakuza Kiwami 2\mods\\\...
