Works great with this previous mod I uploaded!
Installation:
1. Install RMM.
2. extract the 'RecoloredHealthBar' folder into your mods folder
3. add 'RecoloredHealthBar' into your ModLoadOrder.txt
4. run RyuModManagerCLI.exe.
5. Enjoy :)
Extra info for people who want to modify this mod:
1. the images that contain all of the icons have a .dds extension, make sure you have a program that supports it.
2. I used Paint. Net for example, to make this mod.
3. after clicking 'save as'(in paint.net) in the save settings select 'B4G4R4A4 (Linear, A4R4G4B4)' instead of the default 'BC1(Linear, DXT1)'.
and after running RMM, your edits should work and appear in game.
