Kiryu forgot to wear his suit jacket when he went debt collecting with Shinji, not knowing what will happen that day... then 10 years in the joint made him forget it completely. (RIP light gray suit jacket)
This is just the Kiwami port of Kiryu Origin Shirt Costume (Yakuza 0) by Yakuzer24 but with Kiwami Kiryu's face and hair.
