HD Mini-Map Kiwami

Have you ever found the stock map and icons in Yakuza Kiwami to be distractingly blurry and poorly scaled?

This mod attempts to improve the visual experience at 1080p+ resolutions by drastically increasing the fidelity and adding mipmaps to all Map sprites.

It does not improve the rendering resolution of the map/mini-map itself, but does help to combat some of the effects of nearest-neighbour scaling introduced at HD resolutions.

All original textures were used for direct reference during creation barring a few that I felt did not scale well.

This is a comprehensive port of my mod, HD Mini-Map 0, for Yakuza 0.

Installation Methods:

1. Unzip Directly to Mod Folder

• []In Explorer, browse to <.\Yakuza Kiwami\media\mods>.

  []Open HD Mini-Map Kiwami. 7z.

  []Extract the folder included into your mods folder.

  2. Drag & Drop Zip File into SRMM (Shin Ryu Mod Manager)

  • []Once downloaded, drag and drop HD Mini-Map Kiwami. 7z SRMM GUI.

    []It should install the mod automatically.

    3. Vortex Installation:

    • []Install using the Vortex Mod Manager.

      []Hasn't been tested, but should work.
