Basically gives Akiyama effects, totally NOT stolen from Arai.
Adds move effects onto Akiyama, to give him some life into his moveset.
I made this mod back in 2022 and "PROMISED" to release this mod back then. But now, it's 2025 and I finally finished it, DUE TO BEING VERY VERY BUSY (trust).
