- Replaces most of Akiyama's models and cutscene models with Masaru Ihara from Yakuza 4
- Has different Voicelines
- Replaces Akiyama's moveset, taunt and shifting animations with Ihara's (AKIYAMA SHARES A WALK ANIMATION WITH KIRYU. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS)
- Ihara's boss fight is also replaced with an Akiyama fight
- Akiyama's combat theme is replaced with Rebellions
