Easier Chases

Looks like they changed enough from how they coded these in Y3, that the best I could do is force all chases into what I'll call (though named this way in a separate flag) "damage walk" mode (actual flag named "KEEP_KIRYU_HP" - hell knows why).

They move real slow, holding their stomachs real funny-like, either allowing you to beat 'em up quick, or get away easily.

Was going to test further into the game before releasing, but my gaming time tends to be low nowadays so will just put this out. (Recently finishing Y3 took me over a year - surprised to see from the save files.)

Worked fine on the tutorial police chase, the tutorial regular chase, and both of the Saigo chases. I recommend saving before the second Saigo chase where you would normally have to run away from him for 5 laps, as if you happen to figure out how to fail (he is in the damage walk mode and laps are reduced to 3 from 5 ) it seems it can soft lock. Pretty hard to fail though, you literally end up lapping him. Passing him is the only time you can really fail, just roll through him as you pass him, then again since he will try to headbutt you, then once more as he attempts to hit you with a bottle. I tested so many times I just got good at this sequence, but I think you can fail these and still get away and finish your laps, I mention this potential soft lock but wouldn't worry too much

I'm using Shin Ryu Mod Manager, but you could always replace the files. I'm including a version merged with the same file used by Like a Dragon 4 mod. Should be able to just place this mod in later load order than LAD4 in the manager, or again, you can replace the file from the LAD4 mod with this one
