Installation

With Ryu Mod Manager

• []Backup your Yakuza0.exe file.

  []If you already using modified exe file before(Change c_cm_bone to c_cw_bone using HxD editor) skip to step 7.

  []Open Yakuza0.exe with HxD hex editor.

  []Press ctrl + F and search for c_cm_bone.

  []Using HxD hex editor change c_cm_bone to c_cw_bone.

  []Save the modified Yakuza0.exe file into 'media' folder.

  []Copy paste 'majima-makoto-swap' folder inside 'media > mods' file.

  []Include 'majima-makoto-swap' in ModLoadOrder.txt

  []Run RyuModManagerCLI.exe and exit.

  []Load the game.

  Without Ryu Mod Manager

  • []Backup your Yakuza0.exe file and 'media > data > chara' folder.

    []If you already using modified exe file before(Change c_cm_bone to c_cw_bone using HxD editor) skip to step 7.

    []Open Yakuza0.exe with HxD hex editor.

    []Press ctrl + F and search for c_cm_bone.

    []Using HxD hex editor change c_cm_bone to c_cw_bone.

    []Save the modified Yakuza0.exe file into 'media' folder.

    []Inside 'majima-makoto-swap' copy paste the 'chara' folder into 'media > data > chara' folder.

    []Load the game.

    Known Issue

    • []Sometimes if the same Makoto model present with real Makoto will result in Double Makoto eyepatch in custscenes for example Hogushi Kaikan scene.

      []Majima ponytail still appeared in some portion of cutscenes example the scene with Billiken on the boat.
