Save frequently as it might crash due to too many user controls at once exceeding the window handle limit. Also, you need to tab off of a control in order for the change to be saved.

ChangeLog v1. 1 Fixed a problem where the funding multiplier was not specifying EN-US culture in decimal parsing code.

v1. 0 Placed columns in logical order. Placed rows in logical order. Grouped rows logically. Created tabs to break up long lists. Fixed a bug where it prompted twice to save the file when opening a file. The Panic tab now calculates and displays the percent chance for a country to leave XCOM. Moved some controls on the panic tab that were mistakenly in the Global group instead of the Country group.

v0. 3 Fixed a problem where Custom and Impossible values were reversed on the tactical tab. The conversion from string to decimal and back again now specifies en-US culture.

v0. 2 Fixed a problem loading DefaultGameCore.mod from Warspace Extensions by increasing the range on all the numeric up down controls to at least -999 through +999.
