Moving them allows for the Countries panel to be shown entirely.
Well... fairly simple.
I've always been completely baffled by this EU Interface flaw. As shown by the image above, the drop-down menu options for the Situation-Room button is now indirectly moved to the left of the Countries Panel (UK, RUSSIA, FRANCE, etc).
Much easier to detect such details & statistics, AFAIC.
PS; Please note this code change will only apply to new games. Thus - your saves won't show it!!
