Long War Van Doorn and Zhang Class-Perk Conflict Protection

In Long War B15E, Van Doorn and Zhang are given free perks; but this can cause a conflict if you choose to take a class that already gets that perk. They loose out on the stat bonuses as well as the choice on what to take in that tier. This lets you set an alternate perk in the case of the conflict.
