Allows you to adjust Arc Thrower range through ini files.
Installation -------------- Use PatcherGui or LW Mod Manager to install or uninstall. After installation, go the "Weapons=..." line for the Arc Thrower in DefaultGameCore.ini (by default, it's like 1947, or 1974 if you use the pistol-slot version). Change the iRange variable to something you like. Visual range is 30, the medikit range is 3, and default Arc Thrower range is 5.
