Self: Buys and sells only with your own empire.
Everyone: Buys and sells with everyone including your own empire.
Noone: Buys from no one and sells to no one.
Export: Buys only from your own empire and sells to everyone.
Import: Buys from everyone and sells only to your own empire.
Empty: Buys from no one and sells to everyone.
Fill: Buys from everyone and sells to no one.
