This mod adds an order to the behavior menu that sets a ship as a Resident Artist. Resident Artists will watch for ships to be built at their home stations and will automatically apply their paint job to any player-owned ship built there.

Starting a communication with a Resident Artist ship, not the pilot directly, will show communication options for buying paint mods and/or applying the Resident Artist ship's paint mod to all ships in the fleet.

Updating from any version prior to 510 to any version after 510 may require uninstalling the original and installing the new version.

I did not write the original version of this mod.  It was written by an Egosoft Forums user by the name of  h2odragon3. All credit for the initial functionality goes to them.  That said, the original mods were removed from all sites and that user has not been active for years.

This led me to update the mod to work with the most recent Mod Support APIs and the updated LUA from Egosoft. I will pull it down upon the request of h2odragon3, if such a request comes in.  Until then, I plan to maintain this as the game is updated.

Requirements

This mod will not function without SirNukes' Mod Support APIs.
