No Lens Flare Rings

When playing in first-person view, games should not look like you're watching camera footage. To that end, this mod prevents X4 from drawing the long column of "ghost ring" lens effects, as well as the long horizontal flares protruding from the local sun. It leaves in rays and glow as they emulate a blinding effect.
