📋 About This Mod
Removes looping "muzak" from stations and platforms.
This will remove that same endlessly looping muzak jingle(s) playing at every workbench, store and bar in the multiverse.
Since they are miscategorized as sound effects it was previously impossible to disable them without killing other ambience and effects (via normal game menus).
Also reduces the volume of the alert tones preceding the (airport-style) landing area announcements by 10dB.
Installation: Simply unzip into your X4 Foundations\extensions folder
This mod comes AS IS with no warranty stated or implied and has underwent very limited testing. Does not appear to conflict with other sound, gameplay and visual asset mods available at the time of publishing (26 Jan 2019).
Compatible with v1. 6 (public release)
