Backup
The mod works, but I suggest you to make a backup of your savegame for security.Install:
-Unzip to 'X4 Foundations/extensions/hire_crew_free/'.
-Make sure the sub-folders and files are in 'X4 Foundations/extensions/hire_crew_free/' and not in 'X4 Foundations/extensions/hire_crew_free/hire_crew_free/'.
Uninstall:
-Delete the mod folder.
