Adds a "Don't Wait" Option in the "Fly and Wait" order and a "Don't Explore" option in the "Explore" order.
Selecting "Don't Wait" is useful to have the ship move to the Default Behavior after moving.
Selecting "Don't Explore" is useful to have the ship move through a gate to an Unknown Sector but not actually Explore it, instead moving to the next order or Default Behavior. (Ship will still move to center of the "Explore" order, and then move to next order).
Both options are off by default.
