Diplomacy Espionage Action - Acquire more Inventory Items

Here is an example of an Espionage Action from the files: Common Item reward ranges from min=3 to max=10, if you use the 5x multiplier version it'll always drop 50 of those items.

I based the values of off the max values from the Game files.

The full breakdown what has been changed is the following for the 5x version:

- Common item rewards = 50

- uncommon item rewards = 25

- Rare item rewards = 15

The 10x version has those values:

- Common item rewards = 100

- uncommon item rewards = 50

- Rare item rewards = 30

This mod was made by diffing the Vanilla diplomacy.xml, but has only been tested with the mod Star Wars Interworlds active. It should still work for Vanilla.
