Data Vault Logbook

This data-bank appears to be from the ship of a long lost explorer.

It's full of frequencies for nav-beacons that the explorer placed in close proximity to what is referred to in the log as 'Strange installations, purpose - unknown'.

With this data-bank installed, you should be able to detect the nav-beacons upon entering a sector containing one.

Creates a nav-beacon in close proximity to each Data Vault within the galaxy.
