When in mining mode, turrets will try to mine crystal node if any, instead of destoyind asteroid.

If you have any mining turrets installed and set to mining mode, then turrets will try to mine mineral nodes, if there are no crystal in line of sight.

Only for player-controlled ship.

Note, that most turrets are innacurate, so there will be misses and asteroid hits. Depending on asteroid hitpoints and turret power, this can lead to destruction of asteroid before crystall/mineral node is broken. Use beam turrets for best effect, as those almost never miss.

If you want turrets to mine only crystals - disable all mining turrets or set them to non-mining mode and use only military turrets.

Installation:

Extract downloaded file to either one of locations

Documents\Egosoft\X4\some_random_number\extensions (preferrable) OR Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\X4 Foundations\extensions

If there is no extensions folder - create it.

Uninstallation:

Remove CrystalMining from extensions folder.
