Buy and Sell Stations - X4 9.00 Compatibility Fix

This is an unofficial compatibility update for the original Buy and Sell Stations mod made by Rumble16/GeneralVash

The original mod allowed players to buy stations from other factions and sell their own stations, but on newer X4 versions the station ownership transfer no longer worked correctly. The dialogue and credit transfer could happen, but the station could remain under its original faction.

This version updates the MD ownership transfer logic for X4 9. 00 so buying and selling stations works again.

Changes included:

- Fixed station ownership transfer for X4 9. 00.

- Credits are only transferred after ownership transfer succeeds.

- Added optional Extended Conversation Menu support (ECM).

- Allows the player to sell their own defense stations, wharfs, and shipyards.

- Prevents buying AI-owned defense stations, wharfs, and shipyards.

All credit for the original mod goes to General Vash and Rumble16. This upload is only a compatibility fix/update.

Extract the mod folder into your X4 Foundations extensions folder.

If the original author or uploader returns and wants this removed or merged differently, I am happy to cooperate.

If you encounter any problems or it's not working correctly, please let me know and I'll fix it as soon as possible. From what I've seen in my testing, it works fine.
