Better All-Round Thrusters for S Ships

I made this little mod because, as a joystick player and a fan of small fighters, I found light ships a bit too "floaty."

I also felt the gap between all-round and combat thrusters was too wide. Combat thrusters were always the better choice, and the vanilla strafe bonus on all-round thrusters isn't enough to make them viable.

So I fixed that by buffing the S all-round thrusters across Mk1, Mk2 and Mk3 (the buff is proportionally larger on the higher marks).

The result is a more mobile flight model on light ships. The choice stays meaningful on heavy fighters, which have very low base rotation rates, so combat thrusters remain very appealing there.
