Terran Tsurugi - S Class Super Heavy Fighter

!! IMPORTANT FOR 9. 00 UPDATE !!!

If you continue an existing game, you should update the mod right before you load your savegame into 9. 00, otherwise the weapons of the ship will be misplaced. If you continue a Beta-Game or missed that, you need to edit the savegame you want to load and change the version in line 5 to "800". With this, you trigger a mechanism in the game to relocate components which normally cant be relocated.

The Tsurugi is an S class heavy fighter for the Terran Protectorate.

It is basically an upgraded version of the Kukri.

It can be bought at Terran wharfs. The player can also buy the blueprints for the ship and build it on own wharfs.

The Tsurugi is considered a super heavy fighter as it has 4 shield and 4 weapon hardpoints but in return it has the worst speed and maneuverability of all terran fighters.

Important Update 2. 0 Information:

Because of major changes in X4 6. 0, new collision meshes had to be created. They will be used for every ship - also already existing ones.

They also changed some stuff regarding the components like engines, shields, turrets,...

Existing ships should still work but i expect you will be unable to change equipment on them. New ships will not be affected by this.

other languages will be added if someone is so kind and translates :-)

AI-Usage and Balancing:

Some of the terran shipgroups, which include a collection of useable ships, have been extended by the new fighter with a weighted value.

You will see the ship here and there, from time to time.

If you continue an existing game, it will take some time as the ship comes slowly into service.

On a new game, you will see it more commonly.

The ship was developed and tested with versions 5. 00 and 5. 10

Installing:

You just extract the archive into your extensions folder.

It should then look like that: ..\X4 Foundations\extensions\lc4hunter_terran_tsurugi

Known Issues:

The ships ID-Code does not work.

Because of that, the ID-Code was removed (will be added again when it works).
