Reduced Station Defenses

Honestly it always has bugged me that every production station in X4 is basically a fortress as far as defenses go, to the point where defense modules are basically uncessesary a lot of the time.

This is my attempt at balancing around that by removing all turrets and shields on storage modules and halving the amount on production modules. Also increases the cost of building defense modules by around 1. 5x.

Designed around VRO, as well as a second version for those that play with DA ware as that changes the station build requirements to remove hull parts in favour of additional claytronics.
